ATHLETE PROFILE Heather Parrot
Heather Parrot, 23, is currently a student at UCFV. On top of that, she is also breaking new ground as a boxer in Abbotsford. She has been boxing for about one year, and has spent the last six months training at Abbotsford's Blue Corner Boxing. She is Blue Corner's first female competitor and the coaches are happy to be moving into Women's Boxing. Heather recently participated at a sparring meeting in Langley and did very well against more experienced fighters. With Heather striving to do better as a boxer, her coaches are looking forward to this new boxing season. They are confident that Heather will be successful and believe that she is determined and tough.
