Step back in time in a restored 1912 country store and tea shop to enjoy fresh currant scones with devonshire cream and local jam. Also available are homemade sandwiches, soups and desserts using local ingredients. Look for British specialties such as Melton Mowbray Pies, Cornish Pasties and Ploughman's Lunch.
Meals are also served in the private garden during the summer months. We feature Fraser Valley jams, candy, specialty syrups and sauces. The wall of British sweets, sugar free candies and chocolates and the glistening jars of new and old fashioned confectionery are guaranteed to make all ages feel like a kid in a candy store.
Clayburn Village Store & Tea Shop was featured in the recent "Where to Eat in Canada". Business hours are Tuesday to Saturday 10:00am - 5:00pm, Sunday and Monday closed. The store and tea shop is closed in January, May & September.
